SintroCloud

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

1. Introduction

sintro is an AI-powered personal life assistant for you and your household. It helps you capture notes, build dashboards, manage shared grocery lists, publish share links, and interact through an optional Telegram bot integration.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have over your data. By using sintro, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google user identifier. We never see or store your Google password. This information is used solely to create and secure your sintro account.

User-Created Content

We store the content you create while using sintro, including notes, categories, dashboard layouts, grocery list items, and any attachments you upload. Household grocery lists are shared between members of your household; all other content is private to your account.

Share Links

When you publish a share link, we store the link, the identifier of the content it grants access to, and its permission settings. Anyone with a valid share link can view the content you chose to publish until you revoke the link.

Usage and Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how sintro is used in aggregate. This may include pages visited, device type, approximate location, and session duration. See Section 4 for details.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve sintro and its AI features.
  • To synchronize your content across your devices and household members.
  • To deliver messages you request through the optional Telegram bot integration.
  • To keep sintro secure, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • To communicate with you about service updates when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your notes or other private data to show you advertising.

4. Analytics (Google Analytics GA4)

sintro uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymous usage statistics such as pages visited, approximate geographic region, device type, and session duration. GA4 uses cookies or similar technologies, and the data it collects may be processed on Google servers.

This analytics data is used in aggregate to understand product usage and is not combined with the private content of your notes or dashboards. You can learn more about how Google uses data, and about opt-out options, in Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Third-Party Services

sintro relies on the following third-party providers to operate. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Google

Provides account authentication via Google Sign-In and analytics via Google Analytics GA4. Google may receive your email address at sign-in and anonymized usage statistics.

Supabase

Hosts sintro's database (PostgreSQL) and file storage. Your account information, notes, dashboards, grocery lists, share links, and uploaded attachments are stored on Supabase-managed infrastructure.

Telegram

If you connect the optional Telegram bot, your Telegram chat identifier and the messages you send to the bot (including voice notes) are processed to fulfill your requests. Telegram's own privacy practices also apply to your use of its app.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account remains active, so you can continue using sintro. When you delete your account or specific content, it is removed from our active database and file storage. Aggregated analytics data may be retained by Google Analytics in accordance with GA4's standard data retention settings.

Share links remain active until you revoke them. Revoking a link immediately stops public access to the shared content.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Export a copy of your data.
  • Revoke share links at any time.
  • Request the deletion of your data, including full account deletion.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email address in Section 9.

8. Deleting Your Account

sintro includes a full account deletion feature in the app's Settings. This GDPR-style deletion permanently removes your account information, notes, dashboards, grocery lists, share links, and uploaded attachments. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You can also request deletion of your account and data by emailing us at the contact address below.

9. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at support@sintro.app.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the app.
